A man – snow leopard left Kharkov
Snow leopard – so Sergey Gordienko calls himself. Sergey is a traveller who passed more than 160000 km afoot. Now he is at a solo expedition again.
The first stage: Sea of Azov (it’s a district of Mariupol city) – White Sea. In general it’s about 1500 km.
Today he has started from Kharkov.
Movie about unique meeting of travellers “MIXOVKA”
In October 2011 our MIXBAG team has organized the unique meeting of travellers “MIXOVKA” on the cape Sarych in the Crimea.
50 people with different attitudes toward life and travelling, from different countries came to communicate, share experience and get inspiration.
MIXOVKA was a success. Nowadays we are preparing the next meeting, which will take place in the Crimea in September 2012. We are already ready to receive advance applications for participation on MIXOVKA website. There is also a lot of information about the past meeting.
The movie was created by Oksana Koklonskaya and Denis Fesenko.

We began to edit a movie about the journey across Pakistan, India and Sri-Lanka.

The 2nd meeting of the world tour team in Bosnia. How it was.
The second meeting was held under the auspices of getting acquainted and adaptation of new members of the team of “The Way of Life” project. This time the project was filled with Ukrainian-Russian participants of the team, included 8 persons. For the last 3 weeks I with MIXBAG team have found 5 others.
The team is very mixed: from inveterate travelers (Nikita Tikhonov and Vanya Petrov) to people who hardly imagine realities of the journey. Everyone has their own opinion and ambitions. Three days of this trip strongly resembled a communicative training.
I went to Bosnia feeling some nice anxiety. For all that I’m responsible for the people whom I’ve invited to the project. On the other hand I wanted to see Niko very much. Our relationships have already become brotherly. For all time of our communication I develop respect for this taciturn Croat more and more.
We simply communicated with each other, learnt details of the projects and skied.

February 1st. Pintagon Club. MIX Meeting + Premiere!
With a great pleasure I invite everybody who is interested in travels and everything connected with them to the long-awaited first run of the movie “Get underway” about the unique meeting MIXOVKA and unique people – travelers who have got together in October, 2011 on the southern coast of the Crimea.
The movie has turned out dynamic and sincere. It was created by the friends of MIXOVKA – Oksana Koklonskaya and Denis Fesenko.
In addition to the half-hour movie and the story about the future of MIXOVKA I will briefly tell about my journey “Asian Triathlon” and I hope we with Alexei Tavrin will show a teaser of the future movie about this journey.
And in the end I’ll tell about the preparation to the international project – motorcycle world tour “The Way of Life”.

The Crimean adventures
At the weekend I went to the Crimea.
I looked for the new interesting places for MIXOVKA 2012 and at the same time I’ve visited Ivan Petrov and got to know him better. Ivan is another participant of “The Way of Life” project, whom I’ve met at the meeting of the travelers in October.
Ivan is an inveterate thrill-seeker; he is engaged in climbing, moto-travel and other activities. But taking into account that he lives in such a beautiful place – in the heart of the mountain Crimea, it’s no wonder)
Our friendly company has seen off the old year and seen the New Year in (according to the Old Style Calendar) very actively, having reached one of the mountain plateaus by the old off-road UAZ.
And then during another two days we traveled through the mountain Crimea, taking the mud pits. We even found time to get into Tavrskaya cave.

Going back at the winter night
12. The first fall or Whether good exists without harm? (Dec. 15-16th)
Today’s post will probably be strange. There were a lot of events, thoughts, meetings and some ambiguous understanding of occurring events…

I’m already not in a hurry. A distance in 250 km per day is already quite simple kilometerage for one Indian day. My bike already behaves in a friendly way – we began to feel one another.
So I really got used to the roads and enjoy what is going on. Chosen road through Bengal gave the peace in the motion. There were unexpectedly few transport and people, beautiful nature, hilly roads. I could be distracted from driving and think. I thought about several last days, about present and future. I constantly tried to “push” myself into the here and now).
The second subject was the understanding of the novel “Shantaram”. It’s a book about India, about people, about love and, perhaps, about the most important things. I couldn’t but write here the statement I liked: “Each beat of the human’s heart is a universe of possibilities”. Cool spoken!
